From May 27th 2013 all peak season weekends and holidays will be priced at 895.00 a night for 18 or less Thursday and sundays on all 3 night peakseason and holidays are charged at 18 or less
( 1 year old) one year old and under are free all others count "No exceptions"

Policies:

no visitors without permission. unauthorized people will be charged double the normal rate guest fee.
50% deposit required to hold any reservation.
three weeks prior to arrival the balance is due Including The $500.00 -$1000.00 security deposit
Note the security deposit will be conditionally but cheerfully refunded.
Check-In 4:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am.
Absolutely no smoking Inside the Lodge or game rooms
No pets.

ALL HOLIDAYS ARE CHARGED THE HOLIDAY RATE.

Cancellations:

$200 fee for any cancellation, plus 3% for card charges no exceptions.
25% forfeiture of your total booking price for any cancellation within 60 days of arrival, in addition to cancellation fee above, no exceptions.
No refund on any cancellation within 45 days of arrival, no exceptions. Unless we can rebook the lodge
change in arrival and/or departure date(s) can be considered a cancellation.
