Holiday rates based on 18 or less (peak season rate) additional guestS $25 per person PER NIGHT and $15 per person FOR persons WHO visit but DO NOT STAY THE NIGHT REGARDLESS OF TIME OF STAY AND AGE.

Policies:

  • no visitors without permission. unauthorized people will be charged double the normal rate guest fee
  • 50% deposit required to hold any reservation.
  • three weeks prior to arrival the balance is due.
  • an additional $500 security deposit required prior to arrival. Note this fee will be conditionally but cheerfully refunded.
  • Check-In 4:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am.
  • Absolutely no smoking inside.
  • No pets.
  • Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Reservations accepted no more than one year in advance please.
  • ALL HOLIdayS ARE CHARGED THE holiday rate.
Cancellations:
  • $200 fee for any cancellation, no exceptions.
  • 25% forfeiture of your total booking price for any cancellation within 60 days of arrival, in addition to cancellation fee above, no exceptions.
  • No refund for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival, no exceptions. Unless we can rebook the lodge
  • change in arrival and/or departure date(s) can be considered a cancellation.
Provisions:
  • All linens, towels, soaps and lotions provided.
